Ecommerce strategy before you spend more on ads
I’m an ecommerce consultant for stores that get traffic but sell too little. I find where you lose customers, calculate what it costs you, and build a fix plan that starts with the most profitable changes.

An ecommerce strategy is a plan that tells you what to change in your store and marketing, in what order, and what each change will bring.
I start with an audit: the checkout path, the tech, the campaigns and the data. You get a task list ranked by revenue impact and implementation cost. You can carry it out yourself, with your own team, or with me.
Why does a store get traffic but no sales?
Usually it’s several small obstacles at once, not one big mistake. These are the ones I see most often in audits.
- 01
The store works worse on mobile
Most traffic comes from phones, but the store was designed on a desktop. Slow loading and small buttons drop customers halfway through.
FixSpeed, a simpler cart, thumb-friendly design.
- 02
Shipping costs show up at the end
Customers see the shipping price only at checkout, and they leave. It’s one of the most common reasons for abandoned carts.
FixShipping costs and the free-shipping threshold shown on the product page.
- 03
Too few reasons to trust you
A new customer doesn’t know the brand. There are no reviews, no clear return policy, and no information on who runs the store.
FixReviews, returns and contact details where customers hesitate.
- 04
Ads reach the wrong people
The budget goes to clicks that don’t buy, because campaigns get no sales data or tracking is incomplete.
FixCorrect GA4 and conversion tracking first, then optimization.
- 05
Customers buy once and disappear
The store pays for every customer again, because there are no post-purchase emails, no loyalty program and no reminders.
FixAutomated email sequences and offers for a second purchase.
- 06
Decisions without data
Changes are made on gut feeling, so no one knows what worked. Every campaign starts from zero.
FixA report with the few numbers that actually tell you about sales.
- 07
Wholesale customers can’t order on their own
Business customers don’t see their prices and terms in the store, so they call or email. Orders are retyped by hand, and wholesale clients buy less often than they could.
FixPrices and discounts after login, quick ordering from a list, invoices without a phone call. Ecommerce →
What I can do for you
Most projects start with an audit. You choose the other services after it, once you know what brings the biggest return.

What you get in the ecommerce audit
Not 80 pages of screenshots. A list of decisions you can make on Monday.
- A report with tasks ranked by revenue impact and cost
- A 90-day plan: what to do first, what later, and what not to do

Who this is for
I’m the best fit if
- your store already sells and has steady traffic
- you spend on ads and don’t know what pays off
- you want one person who connects tech and marketing
- you sell to both consumers and businesses
I’m probably not a fit if
- your store is just launching and has no data yet. Then start with the store itself
- you only need social media management
- you need the cheapest service on the market
Questions about strategy and the audit
How much does an ecommerce audit cost?
€700, a fixed price regardless of store size. It is the final price: I am VAT-exempt, so no VAT is added. If you hire me to implement the fixes after the audit, I deduct this amount from their price.
How long does the audit take, and what do you need from me?
10 business days from receiving access. I need read-only access to GA4, your ad accounts and the store admin. If the audit involves your customers’ data, we sign a data processing agreement (GDPR) before we start. I also sign an NDA if you need one. We finish with a 60-minute meeting.
Do I have to hire you for the implementation?
No. The report is written so that your team or another company can carry it out. Many stores implement some of the changes on their own.
Which platforms do you work with?
Mostly WooCommerce and PrestaShop, because there I can also implement the changes. I audit the checkout path, campaigns and data for stores on Shopify, Shoper and IdoSell (Polish SaaS store platforms) as well.
What language is the report in, and can you audit a store in my language?
The report is in English. I audit stores in any language: UX, tech and data don’t depend on it, and for copy I use native-speaker checks.
Do you promise a specific increase?
Not before the audit, because I don’t know your data yet. After the audit you get an estimate for each change and decide yourself what to implement.
Let’s start with your data
Describe your store in a few steps. I’ll reply within one business day with a proposed audit date.
