WooCommerce stores you can actually run
I build WooCommerce and PrestaShop stores and migrate existing ones: fast, easy to manage and ready for campaign traffic. Also B2B ecommerce with wholesale prices and integration with your invoicing or inventory software.

- from €3,500a new WooCommerce store, no VAT added
- 6–10 weeksfrom brief to first sale
- 2 B2B storeslaunched in 2026: Dottore and AlphaScience
- Optima, Subiekt, Symfoniaintegrations with the popular Polish ERPs you already use
A new WooCommerce store costs from €3,500 and takes 6–10 weeks. In 2026 I launched two such stores with a wholesale section: Dottore and AlphaScience. Migrating an existing store from PrestaShop, Shoper, Shopify or IdoSell starts at €1,900, and a B2B store at €7,000.
I start with how you sell: who buys, where orders come from, and what you still do by hand. Only then do we choose the platform and the design.
When it’s time to change your store
A new store isn’t always the answer. Sometimes cleaning up the current one is enough. These signs tell you your store is holding you back.
- 01
The store is slow on mobile
The product page takes several seconds to load, and the cart stalls at payment. Visitors from your campaigns leave before they see the offer.
FixA lightweight theme, fewer plugins, optimized images and server.
- 02
The subscription grows, the features don’t
You pay for more and more add-ons and still can’t change what you need, because the platform won’t allow it.
FixA store you own: the code, domain and data are yours, with no fees on sales.
- 03
You retype orders by hand
Every day someone copies orders into the invoicing or inventory software. It costs hours and causes stock errors.
FixIntegration with Optima, Subiekt, Symfonia or BaseLinker (an order management hub).
- 04
Businesses buy like retail customers
Wholesale buyers call for price lists, and you calculate discounts by hand on every order.
FixBusiness accounts, wholesale prices and company verification by Polish tax ID (NIP).
- 05
No one knows how to run it
Adding a product or changing a banner needs a developer, so the store stands still.
FixAn admin panel where your team edits content on its own, plus a short training.
- 06
You’re afraid of losing your Google rankings
The store gets search traffic, and any change of URLs could lower it.
FixA migration with a 301 redirect map and checks after launch.
What I can do for you
Every service starts with a conversation about how you sell. I send a price within 3 business days of the brief.

What I build on and what I connect
I choose the platform to fit how you sell, not the other way around.
- WooCommerce: when you want a store you own, with any features you need and no commission on sales
- PrestaShop: when you have a large catalog and a team that already knows the platform
- IdoSell and Shoper (Polish SaaS store platforms): fixes, content and UX cleanup, campaigns and migrations
- Accessibility: every store is built to WCAG 2.1 AA, ready for the European Accessibility Act
My own WooCommerce pluginsB2B sales, order numbering and DPD shipping were built for my projects and run in live stores.
- Selling across the EUMultilingual and multi-currency stores (WPML or Polylang, prices per country) and tax setup for cross-border EU sales (OSS rates per country).
- Payments and shippingStripe, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL and Bancontact, plus instant bank transfers and BLIK (Polish payments), cards, InPost, DPD and local pickup. Shipping costs visible right on the product page.
- Invoicing and inventoryComarch Optima, Subiekt GT and nexo, Symfonia (popular Polish ERPs). Stock, prices and documents with no retyping.
- Marketplaces and ordersBaseLinker and Allegro: one place for orders from every channel. At Dottore, a single stock level in OrderFLY brought 100% consistency across Allegro, the store and B2B, and automatic shipping labels cut packing time by 40%.
- Tracking and marketingGA4, pixels, product feeds for Google and Meta, post-purchase emails.
Three stores, three different jobs
AlphaScience launched on October 1, 2026: retail customers buy as usual, while beauty clinics see wholesale prices after verification in GUS (the Polish business registry). Order numbering, invoice details and DPD shipping run on my plugins.

Who this is for
I’m the best fit if
- you already sell offline or on a marketplace and want your own store
- you sell to consumers and businesses at the same time
- a lot of order handling is still manual
- you want one person for both tech and sales
I’m probably not a fit if
- you want a store from a ready-made template in a week for a few thousand
- the store should run with no one adding products or answering customers
- you only need graphic design, without development
Questions about ecommerce development
How much does an online store cost?
A new WooCommerce store from €3,500, a migration from €1,900, a B2B store from €7,000. The price depends on the number of products, the integrations and how much data we move. You get a fixed quote after the brief. These are final prices: I am VAT-exempt, so no VAT is added. Payment: a deposit to start, the rest on acceptance.
WooCommerce or a hosted platform like Shopify or Shoper?
A hosted platform is faster to start with, but you pay a subscription and your options are limited. WooCommerce is yours, with no commission on sales, and you can do almost anything with it. I advise after a conversation. Sometimes it’s better to stay on your current platform and clean it up.
Will I drop in Google after the migration?
Every old URL gets a 301 redirect to the new one, and I move content and product data together with descriptions. For several weeks after launch I check Search Console and fix errors.
Can I run the store myself?
Yes. At the end I run a training on the most common tasks: adding products, setting up promotions and handling orders.
What happens after launch?
For 30 days after launch I fix reported bugs at no extra cost. After that you can take technical maintenance from €90 a month: updates, backups and monitoring. Store development and marketing are billed separately.
Where will the store run, and who owns it?
The store is yours: the code, domain and data belong to you. It can run on your server or on mine as pa
Yes. I build multilingual and multi-currency stores (WPML or Polylang, prices per country), set up taxes for cross-border EU sales (OSS rates per country) and connect payments your customers know: Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, iDEAL or Bancontact. Every store is built to WCAG 2.1 AA, ready for the European Accessibility Act.Can you build a store that sells to other EU countries?
Do you integrate the store with my invoicing or ERP software?
Yes, with Comarch Optima, Subiekt GT and nexo, Symfonia and BaseLinker. Stock and prices flow into the store, and orders and documents flow into the software.
