You’re not looking for a programmer. You’re looking for someone who understands your business.
I’m Piotr Dejneka, a freelance ecommerce consultant and WooCommerce developer. I’m a computer science engineer who came to building systems through the warehouse, marketing and running an online store. That’s why I design solutions that make money and save time, not ones that just work.

I know every side of ecommerce from the inside
I didn’t start with code. Before I built systems, I worked in the places I design them for today.
- Stage 1
Warehouse and logistics
I started as a warehouse worker. I know what a day looks like when the shipping label won’t print and the system can’t see the stock.
I design so the warehouse team actually wants to use it.
- Stage 2
Design and marketing
As a graphic designer and online marketing specialist, I learned that the best code is worthless if the site scares customers off and the funnel leaks.
An interface has to sell, not just look good.
- Stage 3
Ecommerce management
I manage online sales day to day. I understand the P&L, margins and the pressure to deliver results, because I’m accountable for them myself.
I know what a business needs from technology.
- Today
Systems engineering
I bring this experience into stores, integrations and my own software. I build tools that solve problems I’ve run into myself.
One person from strategy to code.
I bring the view of a warehouse worker, a marketer and a manager into one project.
I build trust with facts
My testing ground: Dottore, a beauty brand from Poznań
At a fast-growing cosmetics brand, I designed and implemented the whole technology ecosystem, from the warehouse to multichannel sales. I wasn’t just a contractor. I was responsible for the architecture.
- −40%packing timeAutomatic shipping labels in OrderFLY and picking paths in the warehouse.
- 100%stock accuracyAllegro (a Polish marketplace), the online store and B2B sales in one stream, with no stock-level errors.
- 0downtime at peakAn architecture that holds up on Black Friday.
No need to ask “where is my project at?”
In this industry, delays and silence are the norm. With me, transparency is.
- One person accountable
You talk to the person who designs and builds it. No handoffs between departments.
- Everything in the client portal
Tickets, hours worked, billing and system status in one place, available at any time.
- Decisions based on data
Before I change anything, I measure. After the change, I check whether it worked.
- I tell you when I’m not the right fit
If someone else would do it better, or the project doesn’t make sense, you’ll hear it before you get a quote.
- Continuity without downtime
With a maintenance plan, monitoring alerts me to outages, and the response time is set in the contract. On larger projects I work with trusted subcontractors, but I stay accountable for the whole.
The tools I use
I choose proven technologies that can be maintained for years.

Discipline
I live in Poznań and work remotely with clients in Poland and abroad. When I close my laptop, I go to the gym or the soccer field.
Sport taught me that results come from steady work, not bursts. I approach projects the same way.
In life, as in code, I don’t like chaos.
Let’s talk about your project
