01About

About me

Since 2018 I have helped online stores earn more. I start with data and finish with a result in revenue. Along the way I build what you actually need: a strategy, a store or a system.

03Services

All services, with prices

Start with one service or hand me the whole thing: strategy, the store, systems and ongoing maintenance. Prices are final: I am VAT-exempt, so no VAT is added.

Systems I integrate

  • WooCommerce
  • Allegro (Polish marketplace)
  • BaseLinker (order management hub)
  • Amazon
  • Comarch Optima (Polish ERP)
  • Symfonia (Polish ERP)
  • Make
  • Zapier
  • REST API

I’m a good fit if

  • you have a store that already sells and you want to grow without chaos
  • your team retypes a lot of data between systems by hand
  • you want one person accountable for the result

I’m probably not a fit if

  • you’re looking for the cheapest template website
  • you only need social media management

Not sure which service you need? Tell me about your project. I reply within 1 working day.

How I work

One person from the first call to the result. No handoffs between departments.

  1. Printed sales charts next to a laptop

    Audit

I check your data, checkout path and tech. You learn where you lose money and how much.

    10 days · fixed price
  2. Handwritten notes on yellow paper

    Strategy

A plan with priorities: what to do first so it pays back fastest.

  3. Warehouse shelves with parcels

    Implementation

Store, systems, integrations and campaigns. I build them myself or with trusted partners.

  4. A hand holding colorful shopping bags

    Growth

I measure the result, improve it and look after what we built.

06Audit

Not sure where to start?

An ecommerce audit in 10 days. You’ll learn where you lose sales, what it costs you and what to fix first.

€700fixed price

You don’t pay twice. If you hire me to implement the changes after the audit, I deduct the audit fee from the project price.

  1. GA4 data and the checkout path: where customers drop off
  2. Technical SEO, speed and structured data
  3. A report with priorities and an implementation quote

08Questions

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions I hear most often.

How much does working with you cost?

The ecommerce audit has a fixed price of €700. It is the final price: I am VAT-exempt, so no VAT is added. I quote implementation after the audit or after the brief, and you’ll find ballpark prices for each pillar above. If you hire me to implement the changes after the audit, I deduct the audit fee from the project price.

How long does a project take?

An audit takes 10 days. A store usually takes 6–10 weeks, an integration 2–6 weeks and a system 8–12 weeks, depending on scope. You get a detailed schedule with the quote.

What if there are no results?

I don’t promise numbers before the audit, because I don’t know your data yet. After the audit you know what to fix, in what order and what it could be worth. You decide whether to go ahead with implementation.

WooCommerce or Shopify?

I usually recommend WooCommerce: full control over your store, no platform fees on your sales and easy integrations, including with Polish systems. Shopify can be faster to launch with a simple catalog. We choose in the audit, based on your scale and integrations.

Do you work with companies outside Poland?

Yes. I work remotely with companies across the EU. We talk in English, the quote, contract and invoice are in EUR, and we meet online. I work on Central European Time (CET).

Do you work alone?

Yes. I’m responsible for the project from start to finish, and I’m the person you talk to. On larger projects I work with proven specialists.

What does a store build include?

Design and development on WooCommerce, payments and shipping, tax setup, SEO and analytics basics, product import and training. We agree on the exact scope after the brief, and every item is in the quote.

Which systems do you integrate with?

Most often WooCommerce, Allegro (Polish marketplace), BaseLinker (order management hub), and Comarch Optima and Symfonia (popular Polish ERPs), plus anything with a REST API or Make. If your system has an API, it can almost always be connected. I check that before I quote.

What happens after launch?

I can take over website maintenance on a monthly plan: updates, backups, monitoring and fixes. You see work status and documents in the client panel.
